Technical help

If upload, recognition, review, export, download, or deletion did not work as expected, include the details below.

Include these details

  • Platform: Android, iOS, Windows, or browser.
  • App version and build number.
  • Backend URL used in the app.
  • Whether the score is public domain, owned by you, or otherwise permitted for testing.
  • Any job ID shown by the app, if available.
