Terms

These terms apply to the Transpose Music website and browser app at https://transposemusic.app. By using the service, you agree to use it only for scores you have the right to process.

Service

Transpose Music lets you upload score PDF files, select transposition settings, and download generated transposed PDF, MusicXML, or MuseScore outputs. Recognition and export quality depend on the source PDF and the notation tools configured on the backend.

Score rights

You are responsible for confirming that you own, have licensed, or otherwise have permission to process each uploaded score. Do not upload copyrighted scores unless you have the right to do so.

Subscriptions

Paid processing requires an active subscription when subscription gating is enabled. Stripe Checkout displays the current price, renewal interval, taxes, and accepted payment methods before payment. A subscription renews until it is canceled.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the billing portal in the browser app or by contacting support@transposemusic.app. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access to paid processing may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law or payment-provider rules.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through support@transposemusic.app. Refunds are evaluated case by case, including confirmed billing errors, service failures, and rights required by applicable law.

Uploaded and generated files

Uploaded files and generated outputs are retained temporarily for processing and download. You can delete a job from the browser app after downloading results. See the Privacy Policy for retention and privacy details.
